Hit ratio has nothing to do with critical hits. Basicly you attack in a damage range, like when you hit "C" you see your magic and phy attacks are listed in a range ie: 2809~3799. Having high hit ratio makes you hit more often towards the higher end number. Same as enemy parry ratio makes you hit lower more often on that same range.

Their skills have crit increase
Antidevil bow has crit 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and now 40 increase
strongbow craft has crit 10 increase.
the blue hawk is to raise the attack rating so bow has almost comparable damage as glaivers, the glaive itself has higher attack damage. Without the blue hawk bowmen would be way too weak.
devil arrow never crits, neither does autumn wind. Must be bad being a glaiver, at least they have stronger skills in general to balance it out (and more HP)
