No that's the norm for 90 cap. Light nukes are better than fire nukes, so lightning 90 > fire 90. Snow shield at 90 is pure awesome too. Now all you gotta do is decide what to do with the other 30 mastries you have left...

Leave those 30 masteries alone, the curst hearts aren't worth it.

Take that 30fire atleast for fireshield = 100% ice resist..
