It means there is an event where you gain additional exp pts per kill.
itll prob be 3 hours a day for a week or so where you get double or triple the exp that you would normally get.

All past experience events have been 24/7 with a low increase. Going on that, I would say the increase will be between 20%-50% and will last 24/7 until they cancel it.
