i want to make a euro wizard and use it to power farm my guild members. wat lvl do i need to be with a 3 gap in order to be good at powerfarming on lvl 30 mobs. not particularly ongs but it cant be

3 gap won't really get you anywhere, 4 gap might. If you're gonna 3 gap you're gonna have to get to around lvl 66-70 before you can one hit ongs. The key things for one hitting ongs are the level 60 AoE Fire + Ice nukes. They're godly. Right now I'm 9 gapping between 42-52 on my wizard which will fully farm me for 80 cap, then when I hit 80 I'll 4 gap to 90. You need about 100k sp to be a decent Wiz Plvler at level 60+, so let that be your target.

You can start killing them at lv52 I think.
But you will go slow, you will go fastest at the levels the dude above me said.

If you haven't made your Wizard yet, here's what I suggest you do;

1) Create your wizard (obvious )
2) Choose your subclass, here are your options for plvling:

a) Bard - It's got speed and ermm.... it's got speed. Although speed is essential in being a good plvler.
b) Cleric - You've got res, so if you're going to be Powerfarming someone then you should really choose cleric. When they need to start delvling it's very handy to let them get owned by ongs and then res them while you stand at the side. Cleric is also better over all imo, you get good HP buffs for when you Solo and you've got nice buffs for others when partying when it comes to you leveling up. It also gives you the option of using the char not only as a plvler, but a char in general.

3) Level your character up to 10 AND your wizard mastery to 10. Now level up to 15 without raising any masteries.

4) Start getting plvled at Ongs. You will hit a 9 gap at 19. Get Pfarmed from Lvl 19-26 at Ongs.

5) Delevel back to 19 again and repeat step 4. This will give you about 60-70k SP.

6) 0 Gap to 64 and enjoy your fully farmed Wizard/Cleric godly Ong plvler. At 64 you can one hit ongs with your lvl 60 AoE nukes and you'll have an 8D weapon. If you make this Weapon +3/+5 you'll be able to plvl your guild mates without worrying about anyone ksing you.
