First question: Where can I find NPC which teleports you back(under lv21) in Jangan
Second question: Where can I apply for guild(or register guild for newcomers)

Number 4 = guild manager. Number 8 = that teleport guy

So in international sro can apply for guild from guild npc?

Do you know how is the option called(what npc says in dialogue). Original chinese have only create a new guild and End conversation options.

you cant apply for a guild trough the guild guy, you must be invited , you can only create a guild
