One: How do you make an item become like +1 or +2, I know what the jade tablets do like add intellect (I think!!?? If I am wrong, what do they do!?)

Two: I just started in the server Uranus, I am at EST time zone (live in New York) is it a good server for this time zone, if not what server is?

Every mob you kill drops Alchemy items. These alchemy items can include Tablets or Ingredients. What you have to do is, collect enough ingredients and then "break them down".....

Hmm, since you just started it would be wise to pick Venus. I wouldn't want you going to the dark side, as for alchemy guides the captain was kind enough to leave us with some before WoW spirited him away.
