What is the differences between both ??
Also is any Growth Pet need Revival Clock like Any ability Pet or it stay mine forever ??

there is NO difference between a white wolf and a grey wolf. the only difference is that you can only get the white one through the silk mall (88silk i believe...and its permanent) or you could buy it for 1,000,000 gold ingame.

the wolf doesn't need the revival clock but any ability pet will. so if you have an item-picking pet (>.<) like a rabbit, squirrel, monkey, pig, sylph...you have to buy a revival clock each month to revive it. the revival clocks cost 45 silk each.

The difference is their color. Growth pets do not require clock of revival but you will need to feed your pet with HGP potions, these can be found in any town stable.
