Raising a Wizard PFarmer / PLvler

Well I was reading that other guys guide on raising a power leveler on chinese side, and a lot of you criticised him and said that Wizard is a lot better (Wizard deals more damage and it's faster to get a Wizrd to lvl 60). I was just going to ask if you could tell me all the skills I'll need in order to raise a good Wizard Power Leveler in about a months time. Also, how would I go about raising the SP in order to be a farmed enough?

AoE nukes...so the 2nd ice nuke/2nd earth nuke/3rd fire nuke and you can skip lightning nukes IMO..You can get the 1st earth nuke too for plvling...But I wont use it in pvp/pve

And ofcourse the passives and life control/turnover (you can skip life control if you can plvl your wiz)
