Rouge/Bard or Chinese nuker?

OK I'm having a tough time picking a rouge that will be both crossbow and dagger and sub bard or having a Chinese character thats will be a pure int nuker ~_~ just dunno what one is good because as the cap raises European power will keep dropping while Chinese power will go up in a way ~_~ help plz

Well id say go with rogue/bard. While bard will give you amazing moving speed you can do some extreme critcals with xbow. For pve i suggest you use dagger. It can kill so much faster than xbow. I know people say xbox has range but it takes a lil longer than dagger.


I had a chinese nuker lvl 64. It will require lots of SP!!! I farmed about 20k at lvl 1-29. But i was still short on sp so he was very weak at pvp but very strong for pve. I was easily killed by daggers cause they have poison and deals amazing crt. Nukers do kinda suk even with snow shield. Im now raising a pure str fire bow. Its amazing im in love with it.

Those two builds play completely different to one another. Euros arent nerfed at higher caps. Euros play in a team where their strengths really show. If you're into teamplay be it pvp or pve, play with euro. For everything else, chinese charachters are just as good.

European power will not drop in any way, they will still be as powerful as they are now. The speculation behind europeans getting weaker was due to them not receiving any new skills, but new skills are unnecessary. The will be able to upgrade their books and some classes get new skills (support classes). The only chinese mastery getting a new skill will be bicheon. Europeans will be able to upgrade their current end-game books, I can assure you they don't get weaker at all.

The game won't change much, it will just be structured more towards team play rather than 1v1 play.
