Can anyone tell me what enchance is and what enchant? because i wanna know with the new premium if i get 10% on blueing items or +ing

The 10% goes for "Blueing" equipment, not plussing

yeah and it sux... anyway im not buying it so i dont rlly care ^_^

but yeah its blueing items =10%
Plussing items = 5% (i think)
