is armor effected by durability when a piece durability reduced by 80% or something like that, or it must be 0 durability to have 0 armor in that piece

You answered it yourself =] You will have defense from that piece untill it reaches 0 durability

and if it reduced by only 10%, armor will be reduced by 10% too?

No, you will have the full defense stat untill it reaches 0 durability..Or someone has to prove it otherwise
