When [Premium Gold Time Plus comes out, do you think youll be able to click that and the old premium you still have active will be gone and replaced?

I hope it is because i have 17 days left on my normal premium, what do you guys think of this?

You are unable to cancel an actively used ticket, or premium. The only way to remove it, is to wait for its service time to run out.
