For PvPing, would Life Control be better on, or off?
Charged Wind ~> Fear ~> LC/LT ~> Meteor GG. If you're one of those hit and run people then LT/LC should be perpetually on

Off, if you plan on lasting.

it works for 1h/2h warriors (even mana skin on) use trap+meteor+charged wind+earthquake 
if you did that carefully you must win the fight without taking any damage (this works for me )
