guys i forget and put3 state point in str im wizard is that make any bad condition in myu pure int wizard??

This is a common question. If your charachter is still low in levels, or you havent sp farmed for a lot, then restarting might be your best choice as that would fix your immediate anxiety. Realistically assessing your predicament, only 3 points of str misallocated is not going to have a great impact in the greater scheme of things. The higher the level, the less likely you will even notice this.
