Bargain Market

I wonder what is meant by subject. How I can access, can I offers on sale, any restirictions .. and max. details and guidance in this regard.

between time and time it is said that the bargain market being started in 5 minutes or so. then after some time it says on screen that the bargain market is ove. whet do they mean by the bargain market and how I may acces this market. Can I offer my goods for sale in the bargain market and is there any taxes or restrictions. I want to know the maximuim details that can be provided.

The bargain market is not for buying and selling items like weapons or protectors, it is for the trade job.

The bargain markets are located between the cities(bandit den, black robber den, etc). To use them you have to put on your trader flag and run out to the npc located at the bargain market and do the quest. Once you have done the quest, you can trade to the npc at any time or buy bargain goods during the bargain goods time. In terms of taxes and restrictions you are restricted to 5* load like all other trades.
