what mobs will drop the purification seed the fastest, how do i get them faster?

Drop rates of seeds are like quest drop rates. Green coloured mobs would still drop you purification seeds, and since the drop rate is about the same try to go for mobs that you can one shot kill, high spawn rate, and white or green named (not blue).
