does pk2 edit work in international SRO?? and is this the secret of strong players?

Pk2 editing works in international sro. It doesnt make strong players though, just changes what is being displayed client side for example, you can make 1 degree equipment appear to be 8 degree, but everyone else on that server will still see you using 1 degree equipment.
