The one for xp gives bonuses to overall xp intake(including sp). The sp ticket only gives bonus to sp. You can use both at the same time.

The ones you get at the start give both exp and sxp, in the cash shop you can only buy sxp helpers and both (exp and sxp) helpers. You can't combine both of them, buy can combine a premium and a SP ticket (not premium and both).

You can combine a 1day gold ticket with a 1day gold sp ticket.

You can combine 1 gold or silver xp ticket (so 1 day or 4 week xp/sp tickets or premium) with 1 gold or silver sp ticket (the 1 day or 4 week)
