for both china and europe: r there any monsters tht r non-primitive(will not attack u if u walk by) in da lvl range of 38-40...? (except for black yeowas)

Black Yeowa's are lvl 35.

I looked up the monsters in the lvl range you requested, but it's been way too long that I grinded on these mobs and I don't really remember whether they were aggro or not, I'll look it up later.

If anyone does know, here's the list:

Chinese monsters
lvl 38 Black Robber
lvl 39 Small Red Scorpion
lvl 40 Red Scorpion

European monsters:
lvl 38 Sungsung
lvl 39 Stone Golem
lvl 40 Rock Golem

btw you dont' have to grind on exactly your lvl creature, depending on your build you can handle higher lvl, and alot of wizzards like to go a few lvls lower becaues they can area attack groups in one hit kill them all, so you don't have to be on exactly your lvl

rock golem (unless champion/Giant) level 40 are not aggressive, else all others are, at least from 38-40

Yeah, but those spawn in the same area as Stone Golems, which are agressive. You could try lvl 36 (or 37, don't know) hun defense lancers...
