i can't find that quest for the bandit place when you get lvl30. somone tell me where he is too please?

its in the black robbers den and you have to be in merchat suit to take quest go down on bottom and circle the place you'll find him

But you will get raped lol..there are lvl 38 mobs there so ^__^
