Heard it a lot in this forum, but what is it? Is it related to paypal-credit card?

Chargebacking is when you request money that you used to buy silk back. Because you've used the items (like the person who keeps incorrectly spamming that it's CCF is saying) and you're wanting the money back they ban your account.
