9th degree Tablets, elements needed

there used to be a website that had all teh tabs and what elements are needed to make stones with them. im really looking for it and cant find it anywhere, I've been googling it for about half an hour, i cant find it on SRF either, has any1 seen it?

http://www.nivlam.com/tabletThe initial page is pretty long because it lists all the tablets. However, you can filter by class and degree in the top left corner.
