I can't seem to summon Cerberus. I'm on the quest and everything, but when i get to Jupiter Temple and try summoning him, nothing happens. I even had one other dude with me in a party and still nothing. What's up?

Make sure you're in a 8 man party with both xp and items shared. Then go to Jupiter Temple.
If that doesn't work, please post the error or message silkroad gives when you try it.

This might help you:
After abandoning, you cannot try the quest again.
It's a Timeout Quest. You can get 1 quest undertaking item 1 a day. Scroll of Reversed Return and Guild Member Recall are not allowed.
1) Only available for a party with Distributing Experience Point / Automatic Item Distribution are enabled. (So both Shared)
2) A player who is undertaking Cerberus 3 quest can teleport to another place with another player who has already completed Cerberus 3 quest. (You can take a friend with you to help killing Cerberus, if he's doing Cerberus 3 or if he has done it already)
3) Summons from Hell is allowed only to the leader of the party..
4) Even if you are dead, defeating Cerberus will complete the quest.
5) If trade or transportation method is summoned, you cannot teleport.

You can't do it by yourself if you are bellow 40 cause Cerberus is gonna kick your a$$.

Minimum Requirements:

* 1hand or 2hand or Dual Axe for tanking
* cleric
* warlock or wizard (for fast kill)

* only 8men party

* only the party leader can teleport the party to the specified place

You can use the teleport item only when you are in the Temple. (you need to climb the stairs and stand in the middle)

NOTE: You can invite high level players who already finished this quest to help you out.

Lvl 40? I think he won't kick your a$$ when you're lvl 32, unless when your pure int wizard (or other european builds as well, because of the pot delay). I bet a Chinese lvl 32 will make survive.
An other problem you might have to take care of is the time

When i was lvl 63, i killed Hell Cerberus without MP pots (i'm a str glaiver) Forgot to repot after doing all those boring quests before the "real" one. Kinda sucked, trying to kill it without any MP pots just smashing at Cerberus with my glaive.

It is obvious that I'm talking about Euros...cause this quest is in Euroland, not China.

can chinese chars do this quest to? and if so please tell me where id love to own cerb lvl 64 glaiver ^_^

8 ppl party? how in the hell are u going to rouse up that many troops? when i just get around to talking to 2 ppl they ditch me before we even get to the temple because they have to do "something else" or get offline in general. that's just ridiculous. guess, it'll happen when it happens.
it's not worth the mere 28,000 exp pts anyways.

by the way, the comment I constantly get is that you can't use the Summon in the corresponding area, and i use at the top of the temple where there are little to no Selenes around.

anyways, try using it at the top of the stairs when u first enter the Jupiter Temple, not the very top at the second flight of stairs

and its pretty much impossible to solo it at level 20, u can make a party match, but there arent very many lowbie euros, so good luck i guess =/

You don't have to be in a full 8 ppl party, it's enough if you have just one other player in the share/share party, and he doesn't even have to be close to you, unless you both wanna teleport to Cerberus.

The summon only works in the courtyard, the place where there are Selene's lions. Try walking down from the very top of the temple, and test the Call of Hell at every "platform" between the stairs and you should find the right place.

Yes, chinese can do every euro quest except inventory expansion and the tutorial quest. To get the Cerberus quest you first need to do several quest linking to it. Talk to the Sunset Witch north of Constantinople to get them.

Yes, every player can do any quest, except inventroy expansion and tutorials of other races.

Cerberus quest serie starts at Sunset Witch and there are a lot of stupid quests u'll have to do first

it'll still be awhile till it actually happens so i don't die (i'm only lvl22), but i didn't know it was a courtyard option. guess the Selenes disappear when you summon him then?
