Help with a pure int build?

Hey pplz theres a guide for the future 90/100 cap and with only a 0/300 cap on skills I was wondering if you really need to use a spear with cold/ice I mean I was going to go full fire/light but people say you NEED snow shield and the extra def with cold to pvp, so does that mean I really have to go cold/light if I want to stand a chance in pvp? opinions please?

(remember this is considering the higher attack power and hp of the lvl 90 and 100 euros/chinese)


Main question: fire/light still able to survive in the new cap or should I just go cold/light if I even want to think about pvp? I just want to have a good chinese nuker xD I dont want to go euro persian or w.e

You need cold.

Cold = Snow Shield, which is a pure ints way of owning in pvp.

Cold/Light is the most common nuker build, as tbf, its the most strongest atm, Fire is a str tree mainly
