Attack Rating & Parry Ratio

Say the damage you do has a range between 500 - 700 for example, the higher your attack rating, the more chance of you hitting 700 damage. Basically, the higher your AR, the higher your damage,

Same goes with Parry Ratio, however its the other way round. The higher your PR, the less damage the enemy will hit you.

nope that's the Blue "critical" you can get on your items.
the higher the blue crit the less likely someone will be able to hit you with a crit

Attack rating is a range that shows how low you hit and how high you hit [on average]. Parry ratio is a range that shows how much damage you will receive [on average]. The percentage shows how close you are to the high end or low end. The higher the percentage the better off you are.
