Lvling and tips?

Hi there im a lv 16 Hybrid Int. and i don't know where to Lv.I listed almost everything from my stats till skills:
Balance Naked:67-73 with armour and items: 67-75

BicheonSkills:
Illusion chain Lv4
Castle Shield lv2

LightingSkills:
Light Imbue Lv6
Must Piercing force Lv3(MAX)
GrassWalkFlow lv1

IceSkills:
Weak Gaurd Of Ice lv3

FireSkills:
FlameBody Wisdom lv1

All Passives lv1 and about 650HP and 950MP
Anyone knows where to lv now?currently i have a 1 gap
Pls any tips will be apreciated.
