Euro account deleted automatically ?

Well it's my first day back on SRO for a few months. I reinstalled the game, logged into my account only to find that my euro character doesn't exist anymore? My chinese character is still there but my euro character isnt. I had about 10 million on it too

Did I miss something while I was gone or is this just a glitch of some sort?
Also, nobody other than me has access to my account. And there's no way it would have been hacked because they would have taken everything.

I suspect it to be a glitch.

Is there any way to resolve the problem or anyone I can speak to? Because I spent real money on silk and I don't think it's fair that my account just gets deleted by a glitch.

Log out, and log back in.
also, if you have a NoDC client, remove it and log back in, then your chars shoudl work, i had the same problem.

I've logged in and out and nothing happens. Sorry for the noob question but, what's a NoDC client o.o ?

Just had to bump this topic;
I'm pretty sure my euro character has been deleted because it doesn't exist when I visit the silkroad official website. When I go to post a bug report I keep on getting this 'Change name' message and it doesn't let me send my report. Who do I contact to sort out my problem o.o ?

change name to your chinese character and send the bug report. A GM may have made a mistake [yes GMs do exist] while checking certain things.
