[REQ]PK2 Tutorial/sample for Buff replacement

Hello everyone,
I have a weird problem on my lappi,it's freezing too much when i am using some of the most chinese eff. buffs(like mag def increase buff,mag atk increase buff ...etc) ,they are many and i don't want to waste your time so a sample with one would help me.
What i want is to replace those buffs with a buff that doesnt freeze(phy. def increase buff 1st[cold]) ,my pk2 knowledge is good.I have the apps to extract,import files and what so ever ,but i cant do this on my own ,so i hope someone could help a lil bit.
