Pill Pouch

Can someone tell me what the pill pouches from the NPC nun that are grey colored and don't have a name are for? The have a description with 3 things that they do, so I bought 1 last night to see what it does. when I clicked on it it didn's seem like it did anything.

It's alot easier if you provide a screenshot, but im guessing its pill potions for poison, frostbite etc.

OK.....hindsite a screenshot would have been good....
The pills I am refering to are the ones for weekening series. Aren't the ones for frostbite the same as the purple pills?

It cures special curses such as: Bleed, Division, Impotent, and Stun.
