Max crit on a sun D8 bow

On rev6 there used to be a section where you could see the max stats per weapon type. They took that away.
Can anyone tell me what the max crit on a D8 sun bow is. Stats for a bow show now Crit 13 (+58%), that would mean max crit 22. I think that is very unlikely. Before I go at it with challenge stones I want to make sure what it can max be.
