There is no date confirmed yet, so nobody knows for sure when it will be out.

To be honest, no. From the 2 updates you just mentioned, 90 cap will be added first, the new race will be Islam which is not implemented in any version of SRO yet.

have they said anything on how slam will attack? what skills they will have? stuff like that?
