I didn't really know the difference between European and Chinese characters, so I just picked Chinese

Anyway, I want to be pure Int Nuker, and I am following this guide: viewtopic.php?f=5&t=47963 (CobbZ's)

But I am wonder where to "grind" (this is the correct term? ) for every level. Up to lvl 13 I have fought Decayed/Yeohas, and now at lvl 14 I am fighting Young Tigers, which seem okay I guess? Anyway, does anyone have a list of where a Pure Int Nuker should train at each lvl? I still have a bad bow I found (a bit better than the one from the NPC ). I'm also wearing the weakest type of armor (I forget what it's called, Garment?).

I'm not really looking to be a great PvP player, but if I ever reach max lvl (What is it, 80 still?) maybe. But until then, I'd just like to focus on lvling up only!

lvl 1 - 8 i do quest/weasels and big eyed ghost
lvl 8 - 10 i do decayed yeoha
lvl 11 - 15 i do tigers and youg tigers
lvl 16 - 20 bandit stronghold [16 archers, 17-20 bandits]
lvl 21 - 24 chakjis
lvl 24 - 26 devil bugs
lvl 26 - 30 demon horses
lvl 30 - 33 earth ghost
lvl 34 - 36 scorpians
lvl 37+ green mobs [yeah I haven't been in china in a loooooong time]

green mobs = monsters who are 4 - 5 levels below your actual level. You should be able to one hit green mobs, and its faster than fighting red or orange mobs. Happy grinding

Thanks for the reply. When searching for grinding areas, do you just kind of wander around the general area until you find some good spots? Or is there just one specific spot where you train that's really good?

I tend to talk around at lower levels. At higher levels, I find a good spot. I would start looking for a good spot at around lvl 24.

I am lvl 16 now and I kill Young Tigers with about 3 hits without taking any damage (I try to fight without taking any damage so I don't have to waste money on HP pots). It's so annoying to walk to the stronghold and back when I need to repot. Should I keep training at Archers or would it be generally fast with Young Tigers since I don't take any damage from them and kill them in about 3 hits?

Also, regarding items...does it really matter what kind of armor/garment I have? I have a pretty crap bow but it works, and I don't really have the money to buy any good items.

try, to train at each place for like a half hour or so. Then compare the % of exp u gained. Its a judgment based on Money><Exp

I thought there was some number crunchers that have done the formulas already or something...I mean, there are lots of pure Int Nukers out there, right? And a lot of them have the same strategy towards the beginning? So the numbers don't really change since it's not really random or something. Maybe someone has an optimized strategy already and doesn't wanna share

u'll want to grind on mobs that u can 2-3 hit, then when u get ur nuke at lvl 30, switch weapons to spear and grind on mobs u can nuke + shout, or nuke + ghost petal.

Get plvl'd at ongs for 100k/h till you're at least level 20. Then move onto chakji's and earthghosts because at lvl 20 you should have a good amount of skills to pwn monsters with

Well I don't really have that kind of money. So far I spent all my money trying to buy pots and I barely have 100k in total right now

If you're Chinese, Euro monsters will be slightly more difficult, so it's good and bad to try 'em.

If you don't have much cash, grind green for awhile on monsters you can 1-hit. Don't join a party, find a secluded space and go for a few hours. Believe me, you will get lots of drops + some gold. I got at least 35k worth in Chinese drops when I was questing ghost bugs last night for 45 minutes. And they aren't even green to me, they're around the same level.

Crabs are Euro side, out of Constantinople. Go south to the Shore, there will be an NPC there, spend 500 gold to TP to Droa Dock (Sigia has more megalopas, if you want to do the quest, you can) and have fun. Crabs are level 22-23 (?) so at level 20 you should be 2-3 hitting them. They drop sea sand which is good for breaking down. Lvl 21 Megalopas also drop Crab's Hard Shell which contains Wind 2 you can sell for 2k-2.5k depending on server (as long as you get lots of it). There are plenty of places with a high spawn rate between Droa and Sigia Dock. Just avoid the pirate logs, (they do status effects) and if your objective is to grind cheaply, universal pills will add up.
