Cant install the game?

Hi!
I have just downloaded the latest SRO_GlobalOfficial_v1_110.exe from the SilkroadOnline.net webpage. But when I doubleclick the file a DOS-window just opens for like two secs and the it closes. And nothing else happends.
Im using Windows XP Professional with SP2 installed. My computer is a laptop 2GHz DUO processor with 2GB RAM and a 80GIG HD. But I dont think the videocard is installed. Is that why the installation wont work?
