Is 78mil worth it?

Ok theres this blade i want for 78mil in stall network lvl 72 +5...
Stats are:
phy attack: 67%
mag attack: 22%
crit: 10 (75%)
phy reinforce: 22%
mag reinforce: 35%

Blues:

Str 4
Int 3
Durability 80% Increase (63%)
attack rateing 40% Increase (100%)
Block Ratio 100 Increase (100%)
Steady 1

Should I buy it or is it to expensive? Server is RedSea.

I dunno about RedSea but 72 +5 goes for around 50-60m on Xian.

Ok... I just bought a lvl 72 +7 blade full blue for 145m today. Need to get the crit higher though it's only 6.
