How do i pk2 my lvl 72 spear into a glavie?

i read all the guides and it shows you how to change the same type of weapon into a higher degree. what i'm trying to do is change my spear into a glavie, how can i do that??? when i try to do it the way in the guides the file size changes and it doesn't work. i'm not a complete noob i now how to change my spear in degree 9 for example. but can anyone please show me how to change a spear into a glavie thx

how is that so? im trying to sturn my spear into a glavie as I like the look of the glavie better.

its easy,
place the code for you spear and replace with the glavie you want
e.g.
find- item\china\weapon\spear_XX.ddj
replace- item\china\weapon\tblade_XX.ddj
(dont forget the .bsr)

hope iam not acting like a fool, when i used to play isro this worked-dunno now

i've tried that and it doesn't work, because when you replace the glavie with the spear it changes the file size. i know it can be done, i just need the know how.
