Can't get Haraho quest (from 61 lvl - with Bugs from Cave)

Im hunter, and can't get this quest - i got 8 options to take but no 'start converse'... anyone have solution for that? I dont want leave hunter guild because i get too much job experience in that.

Right now i dont have even red scroll above this NPC (when i first time tried take this quest he has got above him red scroll)

what lvl are you? u can do it from lvl 51 up
