i think green means like a few levels lower then you and I think white means the same level as you
cuz when you click the monster, by their name i think they have a ball with a color like : blue,green,white,orange, and red i think. hope that helps

white mobs: between -2 and +2 levels around your level, green -2 to -6 or so blue any mob lower than 6 levels below you. Orange +2 - +4 levels above you, deep red any mob +5 or 6 levels above you.
Something like that I think, I forgot the exact level ranges.

Just calculate it while in game see what level you are and what level they are..

Blue is more than 6 levels below you, green is 4-6 levels below you, white is 3-0 levels below you, orange is like 1-2(or 3) levels above you, and red is the rest.
