Honor poins

how many people do yu need to graduate to get that lvl 70 SOH weapon

its 1 honor point per lvl the person gains while in your academy, so:
lvl 1 - 40 while in your academy = 39 honor points. to find out how many lvl 1 - 40 graduates you need use this formula:
(cost of weapon - current gained honor points)/39
Hypothetical:
(60,000 honor points for weapon - 20,000 gained honor points)/39 = 1,025 graduates needed.

The hell?
I was under the impression that it is 40 points. But let's say that it is 39, how the hell did you get 1025 graduates?
2500 (required for level 70 weapon) / 39 points per graduate = appx 64 graduates.

its 39, because they did not gain lvl 1, they started with lvl 1. so 40 - 1 = 39 -_-. As San said the example was
hypothetical.
