i remember when i played like 3 or 2 years ago there was a cursed heart quest that i can do and i collect 10 and i can delevel a skill?.
and if the quest is gone is there any other way i can get rid of a certain skill?or delevel any skills?

It's still there. Go to the potion seller in town at level 20 to get it.
