sell elements where?

which place is best for selling elements overall. I was thinking hotan because pros. Where is better for selling?
personally i would say DW, mainly because you get alot of pvp
traffic and Pvpers have enough time on thier hands to think
about what they need to buy to make thier gear bettter.
