is this a bug or am i banned for no reason or ?!?!?!?!

everytime i start the game, and i fill in my password / username and than i click connect and BEFORE the menu pops up to fill in the code IT DC'S ME!?!?!?!

IM A LEGIT PLAYER!!!

(BTW: COULD IT BE THAT I FILLED IN MAYBE 3 TIMES THE WRONG CODE? OR THAT I TRIED TO LONG ? , atleast i think that i didnt fill in 3 times the wrong code..)

if you fial even twice they can assume you are a hacker or sumthing i heard from other people
