Problems with password changing in SRO.

I need to change my password and i've got a problem, i made my account a few years ago and now i don't remember my secret question >.< can i change password in some other way? Or change the question somehow?

I've never forgot my password before, but I don't think there's any way that you can restore this account, I'm sorry.

I don't think you can change your password , there was thread recently that asked the same thing but some guy said go to the official joymax website and ask for a password change on your silkroad account...but i can't gurantee you that will work
....lol you shoulda done what i did type your username and password on a microsoft word doc.

I did, i want to change my password but it requires a security question and i don't remember the answer, i'm asking if i can somehow avoid the answering system? And its really a pain that you get a 1h ban for 3 incorrect answers.

So how do we change passwords? i received an account from a friend and i want to change pass in case he told someone else... Is there no way we can now?
