HELP!

I don't know what skills that I should get, I wanna be a nuker, I have read the other topics about being a nuker but I can't find a certain topic that talks about skills..I wanna know what are the useful skillsand how do they work.. PLEASE HELP ME!! I farmed a bit.but i don't know where to spend my sp..
