easiest way is to upload an image into photobucket or imageshack and copy the "Img Code". Then, go to your srf profile > signature > and paste it

Go Profile -> Signature and put

upload your screenshot into:
imageshack
photobucket
then right click on the image and click on "copy image location"
then click on profile on the top of srf and on signature put the following on:
