do we even have a inventory expansion 4?

Is there a 4th inventory quest to get all the rest of the slots left, cuz I been watching videos with lv 80 and they have the same slots that I have, exept for two?????

only 3, one at lvl 5,30 and 60

you sure you checked it carefully and counted it...it should be 59 the max and 45 the min
