I've searched over and over, but...
What statuses are given by the vital spot line of the Chinese force skill?

vital spot body - decay (phy def down)
vital spot mind - weaken (mag def down)
vital spot zero - impotent (phy mag attack damage reduce, ie makes your opponent deal weaker damage)
