Fast movement, looks like electric??

I seen a charactor EUROPEAN moving real fast while she was attacking, it looked like yellow electric. She was using a sword and a shield.
It wasnt the bard music thingy.
What skill is that? how do I get it??

i doubt any 1h warrior will have a wizard subclass.. but thats the only thing i can think off.. teleport. Wizard skill. Moves you 10 meters ahead, disappearing and reappearing with electric around you.

Although there is this 'glitch' with SRO that i have noticed. When i activate a buff, it makes me do a mini teleport about 10-15 meters or so. It's quite interesting =]

no wizard sub
it is a warrior skill that you teleport to your enemy and then attack.
all warriors can use that skill so also 1handed with shield

Is it really a lag? because everything around me is fine, it doesnt seem like i'm lagging. What i do is i powerup my buff and click on a spot while i'm buffing, and it brings me to that point . I know it sounds weird but i did them before.

But isn't that Red in colour? Threadstarter said Yellow. Maybe it really is teleport

prolly drug of wind or typhoon cuz euros can use em too -.-
