Help retrieve I.D for account

So my friend knows my Character name is poisonsnake, and he knows his password to his Account, but he cant remember my ID, you know the name that is used to login in the 1st place. You know what i mean?

like when u launch silkroad it says

He can't remmeber his I.D but he knows his password and character name.. is there anyway to retrieve that info?

Okay i figured this much out.

Damn. It's not my account it's my friends, but i'm helpin him out. He doesn't want to start all over since he's over lvl 30.


he tells me it might be he uses "bx" as the last 2 letters, but i'm missing 1 letter. It could be a number, but he doubts it. -_-

It says enter JOYMAX Account ID ______
then email registered: __________

is the joymax acct ID same as your Acct ID you enter to get into SilkRoad?
