Can you make sox weapon's?

And if you can how do you do it?

Nope you can't, you either get them as drops or buy from other players

+ there are 3 kinds

Seal of Star ( +5 )
Seal of Moon ( +10 )
Seal of Sun ( +15 )

So you just have to be lucky to have such a drop.

And how much do you have to ask for the weapon, because I always got sox weapons for female chars and I have a male char
