Transferring silk items

Is it possible to transfer silk items (by trade or other means), particularly the skill reallocation one?

you can trade them between chars on your own account using the storage. any other way is impossible (or you want to npc them)

so there's no way of giving someone else a silk item right? Not even pets?

i think we used to (i wasnt playing sro at that time) but there was too much ccfers (credit card funders) who trades item for real money which is why JM stopped it now
